Evening Primrose - Glowing Magenta

The Evening Primrose, Glowing Magenta, \'Oenothera kunthiana\', is a new Oenothera unlike any other. The deep pink flowers stand out against its deep green foliage. It has a plant height of 6\'¥ and a spread of 5-10\'¥. \'Glowing Magenta\'Ö is unusually compact for its species and has an extremely long flowering time, (June to September.) Oenothera requires full sun and needs a good drainage site. Try planting \'Glowing Magenta\'Ö with Salvia, Achillea or Columbine. For a wonderful sun ground cover, one will not want to leave \'Glowing Magenta\'Ö out of their garden.
